Strip Poker Dice is an adult "strip" version of POKER DICE, where the losing player must remove an article of clothing. In addition to the standard poker dice, a sixth "action die" is included, which the winner of the hand rolls. This determines from where the clothing is to be removed (above / below the waist or choice).

The game can be played in multiple ways, including:

- Each player rolls the dice a number of times to construct the best hand. The player with the lowest scoring poker hand must remove an article of clothing as directed by the sixth die.
